WhatsApp scheduling, the reference number, connected accounts, and what happens after a post is booked.
How do I schedule a post from WhatsApp?
Connect the social accounts in Settings first. WhatsApp can only post to accounts already connected there.
Then add your WhatsApp number in Settings. Panda sends a code to that chat. Enter the code in Panda.
Message Panda with the post and a time. A finished caption works. So does a short brief, and Panda writes the caption. You can attach a photo, a video, a document, or send a voice note.
Panda repeats the time and the caption. Reply yes. The platform buttons come next.
How do I choose the platforms?
After you confirm the time, Panda sends one list: X, LinkedIn, Discord, Slack, Facebook, Instagram, Bluesky, All, and Done.
Tap each platform you want. Panda saves the tap and stays quiet. It sends the next message only when you tap Done.
Tap All, then Done, to use every connected platform. If you tap Done with nothing selected, Panda asks you to pick at least one. The original list stays in the chat.
I have two accounts on one platform. Which one posts?
After Done, Panda asks only when a chosen platform has more than one account. It lists them, for example 1. @LCosmah and 2. @pandai_official.
Tap First, Second, or Both. Both posts from every account in that list. X can hold two connected accounts. One account on a platform is used automatically, with no extra question.
How do I change a post after it is booked?
Panda sends a 5-digit reference, such as 23761. Send that number in the same chat with the change. It updates every channel on that booking that has not gone out yet.
Send one reference at a time. The number changes the time, the caption, or the video. The last example is the reference on its own, with a new photo or video attached. Add words in that same message if the caption should change too.
To use different platforms, cancel the post in Panda and schedule it again.

Which clock does “tomorrow at 9am” use?
The timezone from the browser you use while signed in to Panda. Open the app once on that device so the zone is saved. The confirmation names the place, such as 3:30 PM (Kampala).
A time that has already passed is refused. Send a future time, such as tomorrow at 9am or a date and a clock time.
Why was Instagram left out?
Instagram needs a photo or a video on the message. A text-only post can still go to the other platforms you picked. Send the file, then tap Instagram and Done.
Can I change a post that already went out?
A published post stays as it was sent. The reference still works for any channel on that booking that is still waiting. Panda messages you when a channel publishes, and again if one fails.
Connected accounts
Which networks can I connect?
X, LinkedIn, Discord, Slack, Facebook, Instagram, and Bluesky. Connect them in Settings. Pinterest, TikTok, Threads, YouTube, Google Business, and Telegram are listed and are not open yet.
I connected Discord, Slack, Facebook, or Instagram, and nothing posts.
Each of those needs a destination after the connection. Discord and Slack need a channel. Facebook and Instagram need the Page.
For a private Slack channel, run /invite @Panda in that channel once. Instagram must be a professional account linked to a Facebook Page, and the file has to be a photo or a video.
How do I connect Bluesky?
Create an app password in Bluesky settings. Enter your handle and that password in Panda. Panda uses it once to open a session and does not keep the password.
How many X accounts can I connect?
Two. When a post should go to both, pick Both after you tap Done on WhatsApp, or choose the accounts in Compose.

How do I schedule without WhatsApp?
Open Compose, pick the project, write the caption, attach media, choose the platforms, and set a future time. Studio writes a set of posts from a brief. The media library holds images for that project.
How do I cancel or edit a scheduled post?
Open it from Posts or the calendar. While it is still scheduled, you can change the caption, the media, or the time, or cancel it. A published post stays as it was sent.
Who has to approve a post?
On a project with a team, a creator’s post waits until an admin or a reviewer approves it. Owners and admins can publish without that wait. A post sent from the owner’s WhatsApp is scheduled by that owner.
I signed up with email and cannot sign in.
Password sign-in needs a verified inbox. Open the link in the verification email, or send another one from the sign-in page. Google sign-in is already verified. Password reset uses a link that lasts one hour.
What happens when the trial ends?
The trial lasts 7 days and includes one project, 10 scheduled posts, and 3 Studio runs. After that you can still open what you made. Creating and generating wait until you subscribe.
Sprout, Grove, and Canopy raise the limits on projects, scheduled posts, and Studio. A year is priced as ten months.
